Author’s Instructions for Manuscript Submission


  • The length of the extended abstract submitted to the conference must be 4-6 pages as per AIP conference proceedings.
  • The submission and revision of the manuscript are blind. The author’s details including affiliations and emails below the manuscript title should be kept blank.
  • The submission of manuscripts should be done in PDF format only (submission file size is within 10 MB), through Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT), provided in the conference website.
  • Select one of the five tracks for paper submission. The Technical Program Chairs have the right to change the tracks of some of the papers according to the theme of the paper.
  • The authors are requested to submit the correct version of the manuscript. Improper submission will create delay in reviewing the paper.
  • This conference will follow flexible deadline for ensuring maximum participation. The decision on the manuscript will be sent by email to the authors in phases. The authors with final acceptance decision or minor revision decision can register the paper early.
  • At least one author of each accepted paper needs to register under 'Authors' category to present the work in the conference program.
  • The authors with more than one accepted paper can receive 50% discount of the registration fees for each additional registration.
  • Only the registered and presented papers will be published to the conference proceedings
  • Registration fees is non-refundable.

Technology Leadership Award

A citation and memento will be presented to a researcher/technology developer who has made a substantial contribution to the advancement of Science & Technology.

Paper presentation award

One best oral paper and one poster paper from each track will be awarded with citation and memento.
